I specialize in cognitive behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, solution-focused therapy, and mindfulness techniques.

My practices are simple, effective, and evidence-based and outcomes have great success when we work together. I specialize in healthy weight, emotional eating, fitness goals, meditation, mindfulness, stress, anxiety, grief and loss, depression, relationships (home and work), PTSD, ADHD and addictions. I authored the book, “Healthy Weight: It’s a Family Affair” and co-published a meditation CD, “Protecting Your Inner Peace.”

I have over 30 years of experience as a licensed mental health therapist, and I am certified in health and wellness coaching and fitness training.
